Wyoming winds and some BIG windsocks have failed to make an impression on this windsock pole, it has a swivel on the tip, a big rubber butt piece, and all collapses into itself, with a nice tight plug to keep it together when not in use. Just over 4' stored length makes it handy in the RV. This length gives nice wind action in all weather without being too stiff, or letting your decorations hit the ground in a thunderstorm. We fly up to 56" wind toys on it.
