I received this item but it was not as described. I had to dismantle the "fiberglass" rod and drill makeshift holes into the cheap, plastic suction cups to assemble the thing. But after a little elbow grease, I did get it to hold up a garden flag, to the delight of my children. If I had spent any more $$, I would have been ticked off.
