I have only used this once...but so far so good...very easy to use and set up...it literally does only take seconds to put it up and down. The only thing I thought could be upgraded was the little foam piece that wraps around the pole...It's tiny...it could be a lot bigger/more protective...it did NOT damage my vehicle though...just makes me nervous in strong winds. I def. recommend this product!!! :)

Base set screw broken in shipping. Pole is thin fiberglass. Very flimsy. It is telescoping twist lock pole. Hard to lock but then does not lock securely. Bag will not hold pole. Top ball is silver plated plastic. Cheesy. Scratched in shipping. Rubber protective sleeve is simply hardware store pipe insulation.

I can't decide whether to send it back or try it. I doubt it will last over a day.
