I purchased this flag pole kit three weeks ago. Delivery was prompt.
This kit is advertised to be complete, including everything to set up and display the flag.
Upon opening the package the only parts in the package was the five pieces of the pole,
No flag , rope, pulley, pole cap or any hardware.
Joshua McComb (Customer Service Manager) is listed as contact, by phone or fax, no one was available to correct this problem, after three weeks I gave up and purchased a flag and hardware elsewhere.

flag pole kit was good quality but pole material was a little thin. I purchased 2 10' sticks of PVC pipe at Lowes which I cut to fit each section and this really made it more sturdy. Also used metal duck tape to wrap pipe ends to make joints fit tighter. Flag was not what ad read but when I called the company they mailed me the correct flag with no questions ask.

Update+ on this product. Getting ready to install it, I inspected the poles for the first time. Now I know why the previous buyer returned it. I'll be doing the same. Three of the poles are dented, two of them badly enough to render them useless. I can't believe the company resold this.
This appeared to be the same set I found at Lowe's, only $30.00 cheaper, so I bought it. I didn't open it right away because I was waiting for my son to come this week and help me install it.
Apparently, this is one that had been returned. the box is a bit chewed up on one end, and the instructions are missing. We can figure out the installation, it's just irritating when that happens.
I could return it, but I've found that it's not real convenient to return items to Amazon.
So, as I said, "It's cheaper."

Pole was easy to assemble and install. The 1/16" thick PVC black sleeve that was shipped with the flag to be encased in cement was way too thin (afraid it would break apart over time at the base of the pole), and I replaced it with a piece of 2: diameter PVC pipe.

I bought this for 59 dollars and the price was amazing the product was amazing i recomend this to any one it is very easy to assemably Attttttttttttttt
