Item as described, but one of the metal clips was badly rusted. This should have been looked at by seller.

The bracket that attaches the flag pole to the house was not included. The flag pole itself is supposed to extend -- but won't lengthen beyond 3 feet. Luckily we have a bracket already in place from the flag pole we are replacing -- but that's not the point. It's not worth the hassle to return this -- but we expect more from Amazon.
