Just as it looks, high quality Jan 24, 2009

Wow, is this a sparkler! Looks just like the picture, except for the shine. It's definitely something that would be more appropriate for a dressy event, such as wearing to an officers' ball, or an inauguration ball. For that reason, I'm not sure how often I'll use it, but I liked it enough that I figured I wouldn't mind just having it in my collection for now.
It comes in a velvet pouch, and I received it in just a few days.
One thing that really impressed me was that it didn't appear that they cut corners on this. Where the ribbon ties, you can still see that there are crystals even going underneath the tie area. I would think that a lot of designers might try not to put the crystals there, save a little money. To me, this takes it up a notch.
