The flag was represented as: Signature Flag; 3x5, 3 FT. x 5 FT. by ANNIN & COMPANY. The flag was NOT an Annin flag, no company logo or markings of any kind on it, it was misrepresented. It is still advertised on your web site as such. ASIN: B000MS2G6G, Availability: In Stock. Ships from and sold by the flag center. Very disatisfied!

I bought this as a replacement for my old flag that was also made by Brookstone. I am disappointed in the material this flag is made of. The original flag I purchased was much thicker canvas. This flag is so thin it is transparent. It's not worth 18 dollars. This flag is sold locally at a flag store for ten dollars. If you are looking for a thicker flag try Costco, that is where I purchased my original flag from.

Also, on a foot note the flag came in a manila envelope without any additional packing material.

I purchased this flag at Army Universe at the end of December 2010. I put it up in the middle of January.As of 2/28/2011 one of the seams started unraveling. I emailed the company and they refused to replace it because it was past 30 days. This flag did not even last 2 months. BAD QUALITY AND ARMY UNIVERSE IS A BAD COMPANY. Makes me wonder how many other bad quality products ARMY UNIVERSE sells. BUYERS BEWARE OF THIS OUTFIT THEY DON"T STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCTS

Signature American Flag

This flag is a knock off product. Brookstone links to flag with sevenbrothersmercantile shipping this as an ANNIN & Co Signature American Flag but it is not. Contacted ANNIN & CO and was told they had notified AMAZON.com that these flags are not theirs and are frauds.

I am very pleased with the quality, speed and ease of this purchase. It came sooner than expected (which always helps calm last minute christmas purchase nerves) and the quality of the flag I was very satisfied with. If given the opportunity I will definitely go threw Brookstone again. And, as always, I am overwhelmingly pleased with Amazon! Keep up the good work every body! ;-)
