Better than average in quality. Although it is small (about an inch wide) it is made well enough that you can read the "UNITED STATES MARINE CORPS" and the EGA is done right.You can tell a squid did not design this item. SEMPER FI

There is admittedly little to say about this product - it is a lapel pin that attaches to clothing using a pin/shaft and has an appropriate back to lock the pin in place. The lapel pin also has a second protrusion that will catch the fabric and keep the pin from rotating - of course that creates a second hole in the fabric if pierced.
The finish seems of acceptable quality, and the flags are detailed enough that there is no question what each represents (the actual USMC flag will obviously have greater detail than this small pin).
The only thing that could make this product better would be a pin that uses a magnet instead of the pin. As I don't have any conditions where a magnet would potentially cause me problems (those with pacemakers should not use magnetized devices), I prefer a pin that would not poke holes in my nice clothing.
To mitigate the above, I had purchased two pins. For one of those pins I ground off the shaft/pin and smoothed the back surface. I then used a tiny, round magnet that is sufficiently powerful for even a thick material to securely hold the lapel pin in place.
